Known for their distinctive "Mood-Gaze" sound, Glass Lungs takes the dreamy, ethereal textures of shoegaze and deftly pairs it with the massive down-tuned guitars and slow, plodding tempos found in doom metal. Formed in January 2015, the band has quickly made a name for themselves, drawing on the diverse backgrounds of its members, who have previously collaborated with notable labels like Facedown Records, Eulogy Records, Hotfoot Records, and Audio Deprived Records. Their diverse blend of experiences has distilled into Glass Lungs' innovative approach to their music, uniquely positioning them within the independent music landscape. Since their first release, the band has refreshed their lineup and is poised to expand their presence with new music slated for release in Summer 2025.
