Amongst all the Italian exotica in the workshop, the humble little Alfa Romeo 105 takes centre-stage this week. This particular 2000 GT Veloce variation, introduced in 1971, featured the all-alloy inline-four twin-cam engine in 2.0L form, which Iain sets about tuning the carburettors on with his trusty screwdriver and hosepipe, before taking her on the road to rediscover what makes this small and nimble car such a joy to drive compared to all the other headliners in the workshop and today's modern offerings.
