ELITE Highway - Shah Alam (Selangor) to Seremban (N Sembilan)

The name ELITE stands for Ekspresway Lingkaran Tengah (Central Link Expressway), and is part of the North-South Expressway system. Its purpose it to allow smooth traffic flow bypassing Kuala Lumpur. The expressway was built in 1994 and opened in 1996. The ELITE Highway is a 60-kilometer (37.3-mile) expressway from the Shah Alam Interchange (Exit 601) to the Nilai North Interchange (Exit 612). At the Shah Alam Interchange, the ELITE Highway connects with the New Klang Valley Expressway, NKVE, (E1) and the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (E35). The exit from the North-South Expressway to the ELITE Highway here is Exit 103. The exit from the Guthrie Corridor Expressway to the ELITE Highway is called the Bukit Jelutong-NKVE Interchange (Exit 3508). At the Nilai North Interchange, it connects with the North-South Expressway Southern Route (E2). The exit from the North-South Expressway to the ELITE Highway here is Exit 214.
