This is an introductory lecture to Phonetics in which its definitions and branches i.e. articulatory, acoustics and auditory phonetics are discussed and explained through pictures. Moreover, IPA symbols are explained which is main the area of phonetics studies. Khursheed Ujan is a lecturer in English serving for almost nine years. He has done BS in English (Linguistics) in 2009 and M.Phil. in English (Literature) in 2020.
