Chinese New Year is just around the corner and one of the things I look forward to is the traditional butter cake! This cake is baked with one whole block of SCS butter (https://bit.ly/LazSCSButter) and results in that nostalgic flavour that I grew up with. SCS has been a household brand since 1905 and its quality is recognized by both home and professional bakers. What makes SCS different is that the cream is double churned to give it that velvety texture.
