This is the ACTUAL visualisation / meditation I use MOST mornings. It helps me get grounded and focused on the leader I'm choosing to grow into. I try my best to listen to it every day... ✅ Best case scenario: I listen with closed eyes before I get out of bed 🚨 Busy day scenario (aka MOST days): I listen whilst making coffee/getting ready ... as Sheryl Sandberg says "Done is better than perfect".
