Mit bis zu acht Naglern, zwei Arbeitsräumen und einem Hub von 750 mm auf der Y-Achse bietet sie eine hohe Fertigungskapazität für unterschiedlichste Nagelmuster. Die Anlage ver-fügt über ein 12-Zoll-Touch-Display, eine Höhenverstellung und eine individuelle Ansteuerung der Nagler. Stillstandszeiten werden durch die optionale Offline-Programmierung deutlich reduziert, da Programme außerhalb der Produktion erstellt und simuliert werden können. Die automatische Wegoptimierung sorgt zusätzlich für kurze Verfahrwege und erhöht die Takt-leistung bei reduziertem Ressourcenverbrauch. Der Roboter ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der Portalnagelmaschine und übernimmt essenzielle Aufgaben bei der Materialzuführung und Palettenentnahme. Perfekt auf die beiden Scherenhubtische abgestimmt, entnimmt der Roboter eine Holzplatte und positioniert sie präzise in der Portalnagelmaschine. Nach dem Vernagelungsprozess übernimmt er die fertige Palette und legt diese am Stapelge-stell ab. Perfectly synchronized with the two scissor-lift tables, the robot picks up a wooden panel and positions it with precision in the gantry nailing machine.
