Main pattern: Make 2tr in next two stitches (start from stitch no 4 from hook), wrap the tr with 4hdc (incomplete), insert the hook into the next one stitch, ch1 (with YO) to complete the dc, insert the hook in the next one stitch, ch3, YO to finish the pattern. The next pattern, 2tr in next two stitches wrap the tr with 4hdc (incomplete), insert the hook into the next one stitch, ch1 (with YO) to complete the dc, insert the hook in the next one stitch, ch3, YO to finish the pattern. The Border: Ch3, put one single crochet (1sc) in a space after each of chain three and close it with a single crochet at the end border (I used hook no 6 or 3.50mm).
