Henderson has an over all A- Niche “grade” The Median Home Value for Hendersonville is under 400,000….I will say that is very low. It’s known as the City by the Lake and has 26 miles of shoreline on the lake. Coming in at #7 best neighborhoods/suburbs to live in Oak Hill…. Oak Hill gets an “A” from Niche. It has a population of under 5,000 people. A- for families…I think that’s low B for nightlife B - for public schools. This is a very nice section of Nashville…literally 12 minutes south of the city. Darling downtown, great community, and the public schools are highly rated. Average home is around a million. But there is a wide range of homes in Franklin…..650 is your base line….goes into the several million dollar mark. Coming in at #2 bes suburbs to live in ..inNashville Is BRENTWOOD. Not surprised by this at all. Love Brentwood. Niche gives Brentwood an A plus grade A plus for public schools A plus for families B plus for housing…and I think that’s just because it is more expensive. As you can see here on the Map, Brentwood is Just South of Nashville. GREAT location….in between Franklin and Nashville. Part of Brentwood is west of 65…and part is on the East side. Great highway access! Brentwood has a population of 45 thousand. And finally….according to Niche…coming in a #1 is Nolensville. It's a small town ….growing really fast. As you can see on the map, it’s South and East of Nashville.. ….about 15 thousand people live in Nolensville. Niche gives Nolensville.
