Location & How to Reach Exact Location: Krem Chympe is located in the East Jaintia Hills of Meghalaya, near the village of Khaddum. Starting Point: The journey typically begins from Lumshnong (on the NH-6 highway). The Route: 1. Shillong to Lumshnong: ~125 km (approx. 4–5 hours). 2. Lumshnong to Brishyrnot Village: A rough 7 km road (4x4 vehicle highly recommended). 3. The Trek: From Brishyrnot, you can either take a 4x4 pickup part-way or trek through the forest (approx. 5–6 km) to reach Khaddum Falls, which is the gateway to the cave. 🧗 Guide Details : Is a guide required? YES. The trail is not well-marked, and the cave involves deep water and complex limestone formations.
