Today on Cool Tools I'm sharing my favorite liquid fabric stabilizer. This stuff is amazing. You can use it to transform fabric into a paper like material that does not fray or shift or drape. This makes cutting and sewing tricky fabrics a snap without a thought about protecting edges from fraying. If you are going to launder the finished project, all traces of this stuff washes away completely. The other thing that I use Terial Magic for is to tame curling edges on knits. If you've ever tried to sew an accurate 1/4" seam when you have two curling edges, you know it's annoying and very difficult! Spritz a little Terial Magic on the cut edges and press them flat. Not only is the curl gone... but the edge is stabilized and ready to sew!
