The Duellist reinvents two classic overdrive circuits. Run the circuits independently or stack them together for some soaring lead tones! This is a pedal that Stevie Ray Vaughan would have loved! The String-Singer side is a more versatile, polished and grown-up cousin of the classic Tubescreamer. This side nails everything from a cleanish boost to super smooth, harmonically-rich lead tones. Its dynamic and tactile (with a significant volume hike if required)! The Heavy-Hand side is Jesse Davey’s take on the 1990s Marshall Bluesbreaker pedal. Equally refined, it retains the original’s touch-sensitive bluesy breakup at lower gain settings but adds a far superior range of volume, tonal control and gain. The Duellist is arguably one of the most solidly built, tonally versatile and professional-sounding overdrives on the market today.
