Dr. Peppercorn Community Involvement - Brief TV Report from Yuba Sutter Fair at Arts Pavilion

In 1983, Dr. Peppercorn was asked to do brief TV reports from the local Yuba-Sutter Fair. In this brief segment he checks out the arts pavilion. Dr. Peppercorn became increasing involved with local Yuba City and Marysville, California, community events. He was the first medical doctor to make regular appearances at the summer Yuba Sutter Fair to support youth of all ages in the Future Farmers of America and The 4H. (See another episode) During his 20 plus years of annual participation, he was honored by the local Yuba Sutter Fair Board of Directors as one of the most loyal supporters of the Fair projects and the Junior Livestock Auction with a special award. He was also invited to serve as master of ceremonies at some of the annual Miss Yuba Sutter and Mini-Miss Yuba Sutter competitions. He loves supporting the community and being involved. It is estimated that he donated close to $200,000 of his personal funds to the youth of 4H and FFA during his decades of participation. Dr. Peppercorn continues his popular and top respected dermatology practice in Yuba City, California, with Sutter North Medical Group.
