Learn to Freestyle Kayak #4: the Lean Clean

This is the last of my freestyle fundamentals videos. It focuses on the ultimate flatwater freestyle drill: the lean clean. This exercise will help you learn the basic motions to do things like cartwheel, stern squirt, blunt, and take-off on a wave. It's another jedi-ninja-wizard secret that will make you a better kayaker :) Shot on the Ottawa. As always, these techniques are a combination of my thoughts and experiences combined with ideas that I've stolen from other great instructors such as Eric Jackson, Billy Harris, and Sam Ward. Feel free to steal my ideas and use them to teach people to have more fun kayaking :)
