Altering attachments to suit Merlo telehandlers

In this video I alter 2 attachments to fit onto a merlo telehandler I use Onshape to draw the brackets. I use my Kutavar cnc table to gas cut the brackets out from 30mm plate. The old brackets are gouged off using air arc rods and smoothed off with the grinder. The tongues for the brackets are cnc plasma cut out of 20mm plate, they get pressed to shaped in the press brake and then a jig is used to locate them. The brackets are then fully welded on. An old Merlo headstock is then test fitted to make sure they fit correctly. Hope you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching!
