The Achieve Project | Documentary 2025

The Achieve Project brings together young neurodivergent adults and Graphic Design students to support one another through creativity, confidence-building and real-world collaboration. In 2025, Superpeople worked with over 100 students from Arts University Bournemouth, who designed bespoke self-promotion tools to help participants approach employers in ways that reflect their strengths and individuality. The project is mutually beneficial — students gain industry experience, while participants gain visibility, skills and confidence. This documentary offers an insight into the people, partnerships and process that shaped Year 5 of The Achieve Project.
