Hello everyone and welcome back to the series of Forza drag races. And this time on Forza Motorsport 7, we have a car that we use for the first time, and its one of the cars back in the day that helped begin the birth of supercars. We line this Nissan against the legendary car that still amazes a lot of people til this day, the 1993 McLaren F1. But lets take a look at their specs: First, lets start off with the1998 Nissan R390 road car, which is a mid-engined supercar by Nissan, it was made to homologate the R390 GT1 r-class car. Based on the racing variant, it was made to be the road going variant (pretty much like the Ford GT LM and the 2017 Ford GT). This car was never sold to the public, but it was put on display at Nissan Heritage collection. Its also one of the few rare Nissans that used a V8 engine, which is a 3.5L VRH35L Twin-Turbocharged V8 that produces 550 bhp and 471 lb.ft of torque, and it also has a 6-Speed Sequential manual transmission that transmits the power to its rear wheels, and it weighs at just 1027 kg. Giving it an impressive power to weight ratio, but its top speed is restricted due to its gearing. Next, we have the legendary iconic Ultimate Mclaren, the 1993 McLaren F1. Which is a sports car that was designed and manufactured by McLaren Cars. Back in the day, the car was considered as an advanced high tech. Thanks to Gordon Murray's design, with the car featuring more advanced technologies more than many modern supercars few generations back, and the McLaren F1 was known for its great power to weight ratio and its massive top speed achievement of 386 kmh (246 mph), which is still the highest top speed and the F1 is still the fastest production car in the world today powered exclusively by a Naturally Aspirated engine. Speaking of Engines, the F1 uses a 6.1L BMW S70/2 V12 that produces 627 bhp and 480 lb.ft of torque and also one of the coolest things of the F1 is that its engine compartment uses a gold foil as a heat shield in the exhaust compartment. The F1 also features a 6-Speed Manual Transmission, a RWD drivetrain and it weighs at 1,138 kg. Now with all the background, and given specifications lets line these two legendary iconic supercars and find out the outcome, although the R390 has a better power to weight ratio, can the F1 out top the R390 ? Lets find out. And as usual, a shoutout to my friend and parter ZemFlo97 for making this race possible and for being a big part on this channel for a long time. ZemFlo97: / zemflo
