What a day—words can hardly describe it. We set out for the Gaff Top, a massive rock formation surrounded by wide-open landscapes and scattered lakes. On the way back, we spotted two moose and, to our surprise, met a cyclist pedaling his way from Cape Spear all the way to Key West, Florida—a jaw-dropping 9,600 km journey. Truly inspiring. We wrapped up the day in Deer Lake after covering 106 km.
