Australians were treated to a rare concert by Laura Risk and Rachel Aucoin at the beautiful country venue, Narracan Hall, in Victoria, Australia. The concert was part of the annual Quebec Fiddle Weekend music camp, presented by QuasiTrad. Laura and Rachel play two tunes: Reel de Rimouski / Reel Antoinette. Laura learned the first tune from Marcel Carignan, the younger brother of Quebec's premier fiddler, Jean Carignan. By a brilliant stroke of fate, Marcel was Laura's neighbour in Montreal,, when she first moved there in the early 2000s.
