3 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Fiery Crash Involving Illegal Truck Driver

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 10-21-25, 1:12 pm LOCATION: I10 W WO / I15 AREA/CITY: Ontario DETAILS: At approximately 1:12 p.m. on October 21st, 2025, CHP and San Bernardino County Fire responded to a multi-vehicle crash on the westbound 10 Freeway, west of the 15 Freeway in Ontario. According to CHP officials at the scene, the crash involved a total of eight vehicles, including four big rigs. At least three people were pronounced deceased, and four others were transported to local hospitals with unknown injuries. Early reports initially indicated up to four fatalities and one critically injured patient. The cause of the collision remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. Traffic in the area was heavily impacted as all westbound lanes were closed for several hours during the investigation and cleanup. Shot By: Johnny L. Injured?
