Since I'm probably getting to be one of the senior plastic surgeons in Hawaii, I've done basically more surgeries and if you're conscious and you're motivated to learn, you just get better! A plastic surgeon needs an eye, that means you have the aesthetic sense of what looks good. If you can translate the concept of what looks good to the patients surgery, then you can give them a really attractive aesthetic surgery. You've got to have the hand and the hand is technical skill and that's just from years and years of experience. Then you've got to have the heart. And the heart means you care about the patient. Plastic surgery - I don't work. It's a joy to do the surgery. It makes me very happy when patients are happy. I'll give you an example - we recently did a 14-year old girl whose ears stuck out. She was totally absorbed and would comb her hair over in a way and put ski bands on to hold her ears back and now she can go out and she can enjoy everything she does without hiding her ears. That's a gift to me. It's a gift to me to be able to do this. We have an overnight facility and then we have what I consider, what I hope they consider super follow-up.
