Pour cold brine in jars to the top. Put on the lids and store in the frig up-side down for 3 days.... then enjoy! Brine: In a sauce pan put 4 cups white vinegar, 2 cups of sugar, and 1 big tbsp. pickling spice! Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes, Cool down in the frig until cold then fill jars to the top. Use extra brine on eggs, hotdogs etc. Good stuff! You can back the sugar down to one cup if you like! #sweetpickledvegetables #pickledveggies #pickled
