We slow-cook the beef for two hours until perfectly tender, then blend it into a rich, creamy filling topped with gooey mozzarella. This is a massive batch of 20 sliders, perfect for your next gathering! 📝 The Beef Filling: • 1/2 kg Beef (cubed) • 1 cup Onion (chopped) • 1 tbsp Ginger paste & 1 tbsp Garlic paste • 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste) & 1 tbsp Black pepper powder • 2 cups Mayonnaise • 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander (chopped) • 1/2 cup Oil & Water (as needed) The Assembly: • 20 Slider Buns • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) The Herb Butter Glaze: • 2 tbsp Butter (melted) • 1/2 tbsp Dried Chives • 1/2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (chopped) Quick Steps: 1. The Slow Cook: Sauté onions in oil for 2 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and beef cubes. Cook for 15 minutes until the oil separates. Add 3 cups of water and simmer on a medium flame for 2 hours (or until the beef is completely tender). 2. The Creamy Mix: Once the moisture has dried and the beef is cooked, finely shred or "chopperize" the beef. Mix in the mayonnaise and chopped cilantro until smooth and creamy. 3. The Layering: Place the bottom half of the 20 slider buns in a baking tray. Spread the beef filling evenly across all buns and top with a generous layer of mozzarella cheese. 4. The Glaze: Cover with the top buns. Mix the melted butter with chives and cilantro, then brush it generously over the buns. 5.
