Join Dr Claudia Marck as we explore the questions - How does smoking impact the onset and progression of MS? Is smoking more common among people with MS? What makes it difficult to quit, and how might we make this easier? Dr Claudia Marck is a Senior Research Fellow in the Disability and Health Unit, at the University of Melbourne. Her work focuses on how health behaviours and other modifiable factors influence the health and wellbeing of people with MS. She has published more than 40 papers on MS, and regularly presents her work at national and international MS conferences. She receives funding from a National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) fellowship, and grants from the University of Melbourne, MS Research Australia, the Melbourne Disability Institute, and QUIT to carry out her research on MS.
