(📹 7/4/2023) These are some pretty darn new and EPIC Otis Compass 360 elevators at the Marriott Chateau Champlain in Montreal QC. When I originally wanted to check this place out, I was expecting a conventional Otis system with the first ELD indicator I would've seen in person, but nope, these are brand new Otis Compass 360 elevators! The cabs are nice and they have MAD buttons on the inside which is a significantly better choice than the infamous MM3 buttons. It did take me a while to remember what floor I was on and I only have a limited experience understanding French, so it took me a few to properly select a floor. I did not do a handicap demonstration as it was a pain in the rear for me to understand the numbers (I know some French numbers, but the voice annunciator was making it difficult for me to understand).
