How do I use it? This product is especially valuable for propaedeutic training. From small movements of punching to larger elements such as hurdles and rebounds.  By separating the two pieces, numerous combinations of drills can be set up, as well as over split work, shaping, and conditioning.  Optimal when used as a coach’s spotting block for any event.   .
