A New Universal Dream for Humanity: A Conversation with Steve Farrell

This conversation with Steve Farrell, co-hosted by Anodea Judith and Michael Wayne, is part of the Voices for the Future interview series, https://voicesforthefuture.org/ Steve Farrell is an evolutionary pioneer and co-founder and worldwide executive director of the organization Humanity's Team. His new book is called "A New Universal Dream: My Journey From Silicon Valley to a Life in Service to Humanity." At one time in his life, Steve Farrell was living the "American Dream." In the 1990s, he co-founded and led two high-growth technology companies based in Silicon Valley that were featured in the INC 500 and spanned the United States and Europe. But a meeting with Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God book series, put Steve on a different trajectory. He eventually left Silicon Valley and the trappings of material success, and with Walsch co-founded Humanity's Team, an organization with 700,000 friends in over 150 countries. Steve currently is the worldwide executive director of the non-profit, which is based in Boulder, Colorado. The mission of Humanity's Team is on helping people throughout the world awaken to their deeper selves and the interconnectedness of everything. As Steve says, "I believe we were all born into the world at this time to play an important role in the planetary awakening. Each of us came here with the capacity to be a conscious leader in our families, our professions, our communities, and even in the world at large, and we must embrace and embody our highest potentials for helping to create a better world for us all, and for the countless generations to follow.
