Hepatic Hemangioma || Ultrasound || Case 167 Clinical Features: A young female patient came with nonspecific abdominal pain. Ultrasound Features: A well-defined, round, hyperechogenic homogeneous mass is noted within the postero-inferior segment (Segment VI) of the right hepatic lobe. Power Doppler shows arterial supply from the hepatic artery & no detectable or slow flow within the lesion. Remember: Small HCC or metastasis can mimic hemangioma.
