RSR-legal, AC-legal, F1-legal, realistic settings (H-shifter, clutch pedal, no assists, etc.), Hotlap mode, vanilla AC. Beating this PROPER world record by offroading, using ABS, wind, paddle shifters or any other BS does not count. I have a very good reason to believe the other 2:27.xxx times in the table were not F1-legal. I saw a video of one of them that wasn't F1-legal and the other time had similar or better sector times. Of course those times were RSR-legal and maybe also AC-legal. But since RSR is no more, we can finally focus on proper stuff.
