Freezer containers (for pick-your-own-supper cups): https://amzn.to/4rffyA0 Instant Pot yogurt: • Instant Pot YOGURT Crisp topping (my recipe, not the one in the video!) 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 c brown sugar 3/4 c rolled oats 3/4 c all purpose flour 1/2 c cold butter Combine the dry ingredients and then cut in the butter using a pastry blender or food processor. Spread over any pie filling in an 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the sides are bubbling. (Adapted from "Easy Apple Crisp with Oat Topping" from allrecipes.com) Sausage potato chowder 1 lb bulk sausage 1/2 onion, diced 1/4 c butter or olive oil 5 c potatoes 4 c chicken broth 1 c milk 3 Tbsp cornstarch 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots Salt and pepper, to taste Cook and crumble the sausage. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Saute the onion in the butter/oil in a dutch oven. Add the chicken broth and potatoes; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the potatoes are cooked. With a hand masher, break up the potatoes until they are only lumps. Add the cornstarch to the milk and blend with a fork. Add the milk mixture to the dutch oven. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat, and add sausage, peas and carrots, salt, and pepper. Heat through and serve. Creamy sausage rigatoni 1 lb rigatoni pasta, uncooked 1 lb Italian sausage 32 oz pasta sauce 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Cook the pasta. Set aside. Cook the sausage. Add the pasta sauce and cream cheese. Mix well. Add the pasta and mix to combine. Enjoy!
