If a weapon is played from hand during battle, you can choose to equip it to an unequipped warrior during battle resolution when the other enhancements are normally discarded. So if a warrior is already equipped, you can't switch weapons at the end of battle, but if you play two from hand during battle, you can choose which one to equip during battle resolution.
