2013 3rd Place Global DestiNation Imagination DI winning team ICED COFFEE from final dress rehearsal

Wylie ISD DI team, ICED COFFEE are the middle school level challenge C, "In Disguise", Texas State Champions. They competed in Knoxville TN against 80+ teams and scored 1st place on their main story challenge and 3rd place overall (after instant challenge scores were added in). They received a very rare DaVinci Award for creativity. The skit tastefully and emotionally portrays a mother/daughter relationship as the mother battles breast cancer. They had to tell their story without any verbal or written communication and incorporate masks including a "morphing mask" which can be seen at the end when the pond with the goose eggs and moving fly "morphs" into an underwater view of a frog. This was their final dress rehearsal before heading to the global competition.
