After the creation of man, this is the Name G-d uses in His relationship with man. Rabbi Hirsch teaches here that the use of this Name in Genesis 3:14 is pointing to the fact that G-d is the Power that directs man's education to his calling. The Torah is telling us that the conversation that G-d is having with the serpent is for our education, there are lessons being taught that we need to learn from.
