"The controller getting stuck in the forward position like that is an issue we noticed in a very small percentage of SoundPro's we've sold in the last couple of months. The issue has already been fixed for future orders but it's a bummer you happened to get one of the few that had the issue. It doesn't affect the durability of the controller it all it's more of just an annoyance than anything.
