if just one kid sees this and thinks "wow, i want to find my local scene," this whole thing would've been a success this is a documentary me and my buddy, cordero, made last year when we were both 17 the okc punk scene - freak city, usa - means a lot to me. it has hugely impacted who i have become as a person: morals, music taste, politics and style thank you to all of the interviewees, the bands, griff stafford, and the rest of the scene for supporting this project. this is the first - but not the last - project to this scale that the two of us have worked on, it was a lot of fun. there's a lot i wish i did better if you want to seize the sound, you don't need a reservation
