Demolition Company Shows Bottle By Re-Using Dairy

This video demonstrates how a demolition company came to a redundant dairy in the heart of South West England and took over 1000 giant pieces of machinery out, piece by piece. AR Demolition were tasked to unpick the mass of complex machinery and structures at the former Dairy Crest site in Chard Somerset. In doing so they enabled their client to conduct an auction of the working machinery which meant metal and machinery wasn't just scrapped, it got bought for re-use in dairy facilities across the world. Managing Director, Richard Dolman explains how on the most extraordinary day, a massive multi crane lift was used to extract the largest piece of dairy machinery in the factory. By the end of the project the client had a resurfaced, landscaped area and all machinery and building removed.
