Some of the Salient features of this concrete Pump attachment are as follows: 1. Designed to be attached to any hydraulic equipment such as backhoe loaders, tractors, Skid steers, excavators and commercial vehicles installed with hydraulic systems. 2. Concrete Pumping Cylinder (DN 180) consists off a ST 52 grade steel cylinder having its internal diameter finished honed & hard-chrome plated so as to have a long service life. 3. A unique cooling & lubrication system provided for the concrete piston & the concrete cylinder ensures that the pumping cylinder is always completely full of the lubricant cum coolant & ensures minimum wear. 4. A flat gate valve assembly ensures pumping of harsh mixes. 5. A unique hopper design & the operative position ensures optimum suction & close to 100% volumetric efficiency. 6. The hydraulic system is a self-sequencing system without using any sequencing valves, proxies or limit switches. It operates on its own making it a very simple & durable system. 7. The Hydraulic cylinder barrel is made up of ST 52 grade steel having its internal diameter machined & processed to precision so as to house a piston with cast iron piston rings which assure durability. 8.
