A spectacular cake that will impress the whole family, not only by its appearance but also by the combination of taste. I chose to make a fluffy, airy cocoa sponge cake, well syrupy. The syrup can be flavored according to everyone's taste with various flavors: vanilla, rum, chocolate. Mousse creams are among my favorites; they conquered me immediately. Milk chocolate can be replaced with dark chocolate.
