Mulyachi Bhaji is a dry vegetable prepared using Radish or Mulo(Popularly known in goa), and is served for lunch or dinner. Mulo or radish is a very healthy vegetable which helps to detoxify our body, controls blood pressure, increases immunity, good for skin, helps to control damage in red blood cells and it is also very rich in vitamin C, fiber, folic acid, and flavonoids. A typical Konkani bhaji contains freshly grated coconut to be added when we finish up the bhaji to further enhance its taste. It gives a sweet flavor to the dish. The pungent flavor of the radish is turned into a tasty vegetable dish that can be consumed with chapatis/rotis/phulkas or a side dish with rice and curry.
