E-flite DRACO 2.0m Smart BNF Basic - Wide Open

Hi guys, I managed to sneak away for a few more flights on my DRACO this evening and even though it was a bit breezy it flew awesome. I was able to get a little video of my 2nd flight this evening and 5th overall so don’t judge me to harshly as I am still getting to know DRACO’s flight characteristics. The video was made using the stock control throw on the ailerons but the rudder and elevator throws were increased slightly by moving the ball links in one hole on the control horns. I am using my Spektrum NX10 transmitter and a Roaringtop 6s 5000 35c pack and the pack is in the middle of the battery tray. Since there will no doubt be a multitude of STOL videos of DRACO with guys blasting straight up on takeoff and then slamming the throttle in reverse on landing I decided that my first DRACO video would be the other end of the flight envelope hence the “Wide Open” title. I’ll definitely be doing a STOL video in the future and hope to pick out a unique location so please subscribe. I had to laugh because the guys at the field said DRACO is like a flying monster truck and I would have to agree. It’s BIG, in your face and the cool factor is off the charts. I plan to continue tweaking and prodding it to see just how much more I can get out of it and I’ll be sure to get it on video. This thing is a blast!!! One last thing, you might hear the throttle pulsing at times and this is in no way an issue with DRACO’s power system. It’s just my wore out 63 year old thumbs twitching... it sucks to get old.:(
