雾凇，北方人又称“树挂”，是大自然的精美杰作，它玉树琼花，冰清玉洁，宛若晶莹剔透的水晶森林，常常作为美好与圣洁的象征。由于纬度高、气候寒冷等地理气象条件，雾凇景观在黑龙江省并不鲜见，从北端的大兴安岭，到南端的哈尔滨市，到处都有它的身影。较著名的有库尔滨雾凇、南瓮河雾凇、莲花湖雾凇、镜泊湖雾凇等等，在全省分布广泛，数量众多。库尔滨雾凇位于黑河市与伊春市交界地带，是小兴安岭的一处奇景，有长达4个月的观景期。库尔滨雾凇人称“寒江雪柳”。每当严冬来临繁花落尽，雕饰尽去之时，库尔滨水库隆隆排出发电后的尾水，在库尔滨河河谷便形成了一片片玉树琼枝的壮美景色。 Rime, northerners called it “shu gua”, means icicles on the tree. As clean as ice and as pure as jade, it is an exquisite masterpiece of nature and like a sparkling crystal forest, often regarded as a symbol of beauty and holiness. Because of high altitude and cold weather, rime is not rare in Heilongjiang Province, and it is everywhere from Greater Khingan Range in the north to Harbin City in the south. There are several famous ones such as Kurbin rime, Nanwenghe rime, Lotus Lake rime, and Jingpo Lake rime. Kurbin rime, located at the border of Heihe City and Yichun City, is one of the wonderful views in the Lesser Khingan Range which has a four-month viewing period. Also, Kurbin rime is known as “hanjiangxueliu”, means the snowy willow beside the cold river.
