Now, heat oil in a cookware. add cumin seeds mustard seeds cook till cumin's color is changed. add onions cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to high keep stirring. add green chillies. cook for 1 minutes. add turmeric powder, red chillie powder and mix well, cook for 30 secs. add peanuts mix well. turn off the stove and keep aside to let it cool now, please take potatoes in a mixing bowl, mash it properly add ready mixture, chaat masala , lemon juice salt coriander leaves, pohe, mixwell, make dough, give shapes of patties. you can fry it in deep oil or you can cook it in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil from both sides till these are crispy and brown. or you can bake these patties in oven according to given instructions in the video. Your potatoes poha cutlets are ready you can have these according to your desired sauce.
