PalletGel Installation

Step 1: Clean the Pallets PalletGel sticks best to clean and dry pallets. Step 2: Apply PalletGel Apply the back edge of PalletGel directly to your pallet. While holding the opposite end of PalletGel up and off of the pallet, use a squeegee card or something rigid to squeegee PalletGel onto the pallet. Take your time here to avoid air bubbles. PalletGel will be on your pallets for a while. Step 3: Tape the Edges *Important Remove the top release liner from PalletGel and use masking tape to tape down all four sides of PalletGel to the pallets. This will help shirts slide on and off of the pallets easily. It will also ensure PalletGel doesn't lift over time. Step 4: Clean as Needed Clean lint off of PalletGel with water and a scrub pad. Once the water evaporates, PalletGel is sticky again. If you get ink on PalletGel, use on press cleaner to remove the ink.
