Why does Rosie own Alastor's Soul? Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Theory

Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel? During season 2 episode 4 we finally got an answer to who owns alastor’s soul. Let’s talk about it. So as we saw, rosie is the person that owns alastor’s soul. While alastor was still a human she gave him a deal to make him the most powerful sinner in hell. In return he has to do a task for her. Rosie is also the one who sent him to the hotel, and is why alastor has been off the air for years. Personally i’ve always liked this this theory. It’s been popular within the fandom for years i remember making a video about it in january 2024. It adds an entirely different dimension to rosie and alastor’s characters. Rosie didn’t become an overlord out of luck, she’s extremely cunning and intelligent. During their song we find out why alastor is frustrated all the time. He wanted to be in hell to continue his bloodthirsty rampage. However for the last 7 years he hasn’t been able to do that, and now he’s stuck baby sitting the hotel. Instead of collecting souls and The question remains though in why rosie in particular wanted to do a deal with alastor. She said that she sensed great power within him. Perhaps she can see the souls of the people around her. This could explain why she wanted to help charlie, she sees that she’s a good person or perhaps easy to manipulate. What do you think?
