Frank Myron Henry (1934-2013) was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright when he met him while a student at Phoenix Community College. Mr. Henry was on site several times with Mr. Wright during construction of the Harold C. Price / U-Haul House. Frank became the first Arizona graduate to receive a Bachelor of Architecture when he graduated from Arizona State University in 1960. His senior thesis was chosen by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as the best in the nation. Frank's knowledge and focus later resulted in him being named Studio Master Emeritus at Taliesin West's Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. Mr. Henry generously toured groups through the U-Haul House for a decade. He concluded each tour of the house with a quote from Mr. Wright: "After 65 years, I finally put it together here." Enjoy this American Masterpiece. LEARN MORE ABOUT U-HAUL'S HISTORY https://www.uhaul.com/Articles/About/...
