Lackawanna Engine 3 arrives to a 2 story building with heavy fire on 1st floor #1 side. Seneca Hose 9 arrives and assumes command updates with a 75x30 building with heavy fire and a rescue underway for victims on 2nd floor. Lackawanna attack crews work 2 handlines as more crews arrive. Reserve 6 crew conducting further searches on 2nd floor updates with heavy smoke and increasing heat and preparing to bail out. Command orders all crews out of building for Defensive Ops. Multiple calls out for more manpower and water supply are answered by many surrounding departments. 3 Towers and 1 Ladder pipe are put to work with Master Stream Ops.
