The new generation of VTX series is in available now. For the new VTX series, called VTX-II. Being a popular machine model in Tongtai, there are some upgraded items you should to know: 1. Machine structure is optimized than the past. The rigidity of the X axis direction increases by 25%. Furthermore, the machining precision and quality is much better than the past. 2. Standardly equipped with BBT-30 dual contact spindle and roller type linear guideway to improve the machining capacity. 3. Ensures the dynamic stability under the rapid traverse 60m/min with max. 1.2G acceleration. 4. Standardly equipped with a servo-driven tool magazine with 21 tools. The user is also can select the clamping error inspection function for preventing the incorrect tool placement. 5. Standardly equipped with FANUC 0i-MF Plus controller. There are two types of the new generation VTX-II, the high torque type and the high efficiency type. What’s the differences? 1. VTX-II high torque type: The maximum torque of the spindle motor achieves 82Nm. It provides the same outstanding torque of a medium-sized machining center, and also keep the original fast rapid traverse performance of a tapping center. 2.
