Leave it in the comments down below! If you were a top country music artist with money to spend where would you live? Well if you ever find yourself in that position I’ve got just the home in mind. Today guys I’m going to show you inside of 6 time Grammy nominee Kenny Chesney’s beautiful country mansion! Kenny Chesney purchased the stunning property in December of 2009 for $9,250,000. The massive estate is located in Franklin, Tennessee on roughly 56 acres of land. Kenny finally listed the property for sale in August of 2021 for just shy of $14 million dollars. For obvious reasons we won’t be releasing the direct address of the home and we encourage you to respect his privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time. But if we had to guess with the home up for sale Kenny is probably residing elsewhere, maybe down in his home in the Virgin Islands. The home is a 4 bedroom and 9 bathroom with 12,599 square feet of living space breaking down to about $1,112 per square foot. The home was built in 2008 and has been kept in inaccurate condition ever since. If you’re in the market for a Tennessee estate just know that outside of the staggering purchase the bee owner will be responsible for roughly $82,000 per year in property taxes and roughly $59,000 per year in homeowner’s insurance. But don’t let that scare you away because this $14 million dollar mansion offers everything your heart could desire. As you make your way into the gated property and down the long winding drive you find yourself in the central motor court in front of the home. Heading to the right of the motor court you will find a four car garage perfect for all the pickup trucks you could ever want. Well at least a beautifully Shelby raptor. As you make your way inside the home you enter into the grand central living space of the home. The vaulted ceilings with exposed beams are to die for. Stepping over into the next room is where you will find the home's kitchen. Stepping into the kitchen you will find tan cabinets with marble countertops and an accent wooden center island. Of course the kitchen offers top of the line appliances but for some reason my favorite part is the exposed beams lining the ceiling. In the same room you’ll find a second living room with a large fireplace and doors that lead out to the backyard. Stepping out into the backyard you will find a large infinity edge pool with an attached hot tub. There is plenty of patio space to soak up some Tennessee sun. The 50 plus acres of land offers the perfect sense of privacy and offers plenty of space for entertaining. One thing about being in the Tennessee wilderness is you have enough room for your own garden which would be lovely to have some home cooked meals straight from the backyard. If this was my property the first thing I would install would be a custom home golf course. Like imagine being able to tee off from your backyard. Stepping back inside and upstairs you will find the master bedroom which features vaulted ceilings and a set of columns which will make you feel like a king and queen. There is a decent sized master closet perfect for all the clothes and cowboy boots you’ll ever need. The master bath is surprisingly quite small but should do the trick for any prospecting buyer. In the rest of the home you’ll find a gorgeous home theater and a home gym as well as plenty of extra space for entertaining.
