Se trata de una paciente femenina en la 5ª década de su vida, que notó desde hace 10 meses, crecimiento de masa Tumoral ósea Frontal en la linea media, fue resecada pero 4 meses después, noto crecimiento de otra masa tumoral ósea en la región Esfeno-Orbitaria Izquierda, con Amaurosis y Proptosis Ocular Izquierda, además de Oftalmoplejía. Se procedió a su resección y la presento en un videoclip educativo, de un poco más de 11 minutos y en el que describo paso a paso, los momentos más representativos de la cirugía, por lo cual les invito a que lo analicen y comenten. This is a female patient in her 50s who noticed the growth of a frontal bone tumor in the midline 10 months earlier. It was resected, but 4 months later, she noticed the growth of another bone tumor in the left spheno-orbital region, with amaurosis and proptosis of the left eye, in addition to ophthalmoplegia. The resection was performed, and I'm presenting it in an educational video clip, just over 11 minutes long, in which I describe the most significant moments of the surgery step by step.
