Start by logging into cPanel. Scroll down to the Software section. Click WordPress Manager by Softaculous. Find the domain listed for the WordPress site you want to delete. You'll see an arrow over to the right. Click this and from the dropdown you'll see the uninstall button. Click this. You'll now see the delete database, files, and database users selected.
